Relax, Relax, Relax

Here is a little motivational poem that I hope you will enjoy.

When you had a very hard day,
And the one thing you want to do,
Is to come home, sit down,
And take off your shoes.

Relaxing is good for the body,
You feel much more refreshed,
You can then do other things,
Because there is no more stress.
